As we push towards 70, people are often surprised by how trim, healthy, and younger we look than they expect of septuagenarians. The answer became clear to me this afternoon while helping Denise with preparing our meals for the upcoming work week. At one point, I loaded a try with our homemade yogurts (no sugar) and split pea soup (no salt) portions and took them down to the overflow refrigerator. Looking in, I thought I’d take a photo.
Truly, you are what you eat.
